摘 要:中国影视业进入了高速发展期,但影视作品的国际传播力、社会理想的价值引导力仍显羸弱。中国影视尚没有完全摆脱文化上"被他者化"与产业上"被消费化"的双重困境。中国影视走向国际,要以弘扬中国精神、传播中国文化价值为根本使命,通过影视作品展现民族文化的价值主体性。这需要发展和完善以"中国梦"为价值引擎的影视创作观,聚焦文化价值的挖掘与引领,在艺术创新与价值主体性自觉中,获得情感共鸣与价值认同,实现社会理想形塑与影视文化产业发展的共赢,提升中国影视的文化竞争力。Film and TV industry in China has been developing rapidly but its works lack international communica- tion capacity and strong value guidance. It has not got rid of the double predicaments of being "the Other" in culture and being "consumed" in industry. To go global, Chinese film and TV industry needs to take promoting Chinese spirit and culture as its mission and display the value subjectivity in its works. These require it to develop and improve the creation conception oriented with " Chinese Dream ", to highlight the guidance of cultural value, and to develop empathy and value identity in the artistic creation and value subjectivity. Only by this can it realize win-win for the im- age-building of social ideal and its development and thus improve its cultural competitiveness.
