摘　　要：针对层次分析法(the analytic hierarchy process,AHP)进行装备保障能力评估的缺陷,在充分考虑新型装甲装备保障能力评估特殊性的基础上,研究了基于网络分析法(the analytic network process,ANP)的新型装甲装备保障能力评估框架,给出了影响装备保障能力的主要指标集,分析了各指标间的影响关系,建立了装备保障能力评估的ANP模型,提出了基于ANP法的新型装甲装备保障能力评估思路,并通过实例进行了模型验证,为基于使命的新型装甲装备保障能力评估提供了参考。In illusion to the limitation from equipment＇s support capability evaluation with（ the analytic hierarchy process） AHP,with considering the characters of the evaluation of new armored equipment support capability,this paper researched on the evaluation frame of new armored equipment ＇s support capability based on ANP,and put forward the main index dictionary of new armored equipment＇s support capability,with analysis of indexes relationship,and set up the evaluation model with ANP for new armored equipment＇s support capability,and formed a way to evaluation of new armored equipment ＇s support capability based on ANP and validated the model with an example,which provides theoryreference for the next evaluating new armored equipment＇s support capability based on mission.
