摘　　要：地下工程的施工难度大、工期长、易发生质量安全事故,对地下建筑实行"建筑工业化"十分重要,但在建筑工业化的过程中,土方施工、地下防水及地下工程结构施工中存在很多问题。由于各地区土层情况不同,针对施工困难的问题,应采用新技术、新工艺,通过工程实践,推动建筑工业化的发展。Basement project may face different problems, such as huge construction difficulty, long construction schedule, quality and safety accidents, etc. Construction industrialization of basement project is very important, but problems exist in earthwork construction, basement waterproofing construction and basement structure construction during building construction industrialization. Considering different stratum conditions in different regions, innovative techniques and new processes should be adopted against various construction difficulties, to promote the development of building construction industrialization.
