摘　　要：采用文献资料法,综述学生体育权利的定义和分类、评价体系、侵权行为与归责、救济困境与不足、体育制度不足和学校体育伤害事故处理等方面的问题。结果和建议:明确学生体育权利的定义和分类、完善权利的评价机制和救济制度,并提出了合理利用自甘风险、修订体育法等方面的建议。Using the method of literature review, the paper makes a summarize and review of students sports rights ＇definition and classification, evaluation system, tort and liability, relief dilemma and deficiency, lack of sports system and accidental injuries in school physical education. Results and Suggestion： defining the definition and classification of students sports rights, improve the evaluation mechanisms and relief system of rights, make good use of assumption of risk, revising Sports Law.
