摘　　要：根据高炉日常生产运行中炉顶设备常见的故障,进行分析并总结处理方法。提高设备维护效率减少影响生产的时间,避免设备故障进一步扩大发生人员及设备的安全事故。并罐式无钟炉顶设备结构比较复杂,控制单元比较复杂,设备故障后需要现场判断具体分析,有时候会并发故障。在日常工作中以预防维护为主。In the paper, it is analyzed and summarized the treatment methods for common faults of top equipment in routine productions and operations of blast furnaces so that the efficiency of equipment maintenance is improved and the time of shut down is reduced. As a result, the equipment failures are avoided to be further expanded so that the accidents of personnel and equipment could be avoided. The structure of equipment on bell - less top with parallel hoppers and the con- trol unit are more complex, so the equipment failures need the field diagnosis and concrete analysis. Sometimes, the faults could be concurrent, so it is important to prevent and maintain in routine work.
