摘　　要：在炼钢厂7#异型坯连铸机投产之初,铸坯的侧面在二冷扇形段区域产生了不同程度的划痕,特针对此铸坯表面质量问题,对连铸机扇形段区域从水冷、润滑及设备本体结构性设计三个方面展开整体分析。并总结了异型坯连铸机铸坯侧面划痕的产生原因及处理方法。At the beginning that 7# profiled blank caster was put into operation, there were different degrees of scratches on the side of casting blank in fan - shaped section zone of secondary cooling. The fan - shaped section zone of continuous casting machine is analyzed from the water cooling, lubrication and structure design of equipment body aiming at the problem of surface quality for casting blank as well as its causes and treatment methods are summarized.
