摘　　要：在青海1#原煤断供后,包钢焦化厂缺少低灰低硫的煤种,通过对新煤种蒙古原煤进行全面研究,利用原煤浮沉试验、单种煤炼焦、配煤试验等方式,研究确定了自洗蒙古煤的合理配比,并在工业焦炉上成功应用,在无青海煤的情况下实现了焦炭质量稳定和配煤成本下降的双赢。Since 1# raw coal of Qinghai is out of stock, Coking Plant of Baotou Steel lacks the coal with low ash and sul- fur. The rational proportion of self cleaned Mongolian coal is studied and determined through studying the new coal, Mongoli- an raw coal with float - and - sink test, coking of single coal and coal blending test as well as it is applied successfully for industrial coke oven. As a result, the coke quality is stable and costs of coal blending are reduced without Qinghai coal.
