摘　　要：文章介绍了为包钢物资供应公司开发的远程自动采样系统与质检系统的设计应用及完善。阐述了该系统应用的必要性,对包钢公司外购原燃辅料的采购所产生的经济效益以及影响。该系统现已在两个采样点得到正式应用和优化完善,大大提高了采样效率,降低了人工劳动强度;杜绝了采样过程中的人为因素。In the paper,it is introduced design applications and perfection for long- distance automatic sampling sys- tem and quality detection system developed for Material Supply Co. of Baotou Steel as well as elaborated necessity of apply- ing the system, economic benefits and effects for the outsourcing of raw materials, bunkers and auxiliary materials for the company. The system has been applied, optimized and perfected at two sampling sites. As a result, sampling efficiency is greatly improved, manual labor intensity is reduced and the human factors in sampling process are completely eradicated.
