摘　　要：文章介绍了适用于企业自备铁路的信号计算机联锁系统的控制需求与设计方案,重点阐述包钢运输部使用的RSS计算机联锁系统及其在实现企业铁路运输自动化进程中的作用,达到了铁路运输安全、稳定、高效的目的。In the paper,it is introduced control needs and design scheme for interlock system of signal computer suit- able for the self owned railway of enterprises as well as mainly elaborated the RSS computer interlocking system applied in Transportation Dept. of Baotou Steel and its effects for implementing automation of railage for enterprises, which could make the railage secure, stable and efficient.
