摘  要:为改善防腐木材易开裂变形、表面颜色差的问题,文章以环保性防腐剂ACQ为基础,以湿加松为试材(Pinus elliottii×P.caribaea),开发了一种兼具防水、染色功能的多效防腐剂,该防腐剂经过离心测试和常温储存稳定性测试均未出现分层或沉淀现象。研究结果表明,防水剂、染色剂加入比例分别为3%~7%和0.5%~1%,处理的湿加松木材耐腐性能测试失重率小于10%,为强耐腐等级,白蚁蛀蚀等级为0.33;防水效率提高至50%以上;表面颜色为黄褐色至红褐色等系列颜色。ACQ wood preservative compound with paraffin wax emulsion and dye was studied in order to improve the dimensional stability and surface color of ACQ treated wood, the preservative were stable in centrifugal test and storage test at room temperature. Results showed that while the ACQ compound systems including 3%—7% paraffin wax emulsion and 0.5%—1% dye,the treated wood could meet the requirements for preservative treated wood whose mass loss was lower than 10% in decay fungi test and the average level of termites decay was 0.33 in termite test. The refuse water efficiency of treated wood could increase to more than 50% and the surface color of the treated wood turned to a series color of brown.
