摘　　要：行政决策体现多数人意志、保障和实现多数人利益,行政决策法治化是推进现代政府建设的现实需要,也是保障公民权利的重要途径,更是实现伟大"中国梦"的必然要求。目前我国存在着行政决策权限的法治化缺失,行政决策法定程序虚化,行政决策的法律责任缺失等方面的问题。可以通过加快行政决策的立法进程,完善行政决策的程序保障,建立健全行政决策的监督机制等方面来推进行政决策法治化建设。Administrative decisions embodies the will of the majority,protects and realizes the interests of most people,the legalization of administrative decision is a practical need to promote the construction of modern government,an important way to protect the rights of citizens and the inevitable requirement to achieve the great Chinese Dream. At present,there are some problems including the lack of decision- making authority legalization,the deficiency of legal procedure and the lack of legal responsibility in administrative decision. Accelerating the legislative process,perfecting the procedure guarantee and improving the supervision mechanism can be used to promote the construction of administrative decision legalization.
