摘　　要：通过分析当前主流高校网络运营模式在解决网络出口拥塞时的一些局限性,提出了一种基于差异化服务的网络运营模式。并通过网络架构调整,明确各服务主体的职责,并引入多运营商竞争机制,建立出口带宽资源池,为用户提供差异化带宽服务。实际应用表明,该模式能有效解决出口拥塞问题,并提升用户的使用满意度。Through analyzing the problem of network export congestion in current network operation mode in mainstream colleges and universities,this paper proposed a network operation mode based on differentiated services. The mode clarified the responsibilities of the service subjects through restructuring network,introducing multi-providers competition mechanism,and establishing bandwidth resource pools,aiming at providing differentiated bandwidth services for users. The result showed that the mode could effectively solve the problem of network export congestion,and improve users＇satisfaction.
