摘　　要：以丹东市临港高新技术产业园区为例,对辽宁临港产业集群发展状况进行分析,在研究丹东临港高新技术产业园区的区域优势和发展机遇的基础上,提出临港产业集群的功能定位、发展重点和发展战略,并对临港高新技术产业集群创新特色发展提出政策建议。Abstract ： The development of Liaoning port-vicinity industrial cluster was analyzed with Dandong port-vicini- ty Dandong port-vicinity high-teeh industrial park as an example. By summarizing the regional advantages and de- velopment opportunities of Dandong port-vicinity high-tech industrial park, the authors propose the function orien- tation, development priorities and development strategies of the port-vicinity industrial cluster. Besides, some ad- vice for the innovative development of port-vicinity hi.gh-tech industrial cluster is put forward.
