摘  要:对自制的月桂酸咪唑啉季铵盐缓蚀剂和有机膦酸进行了复配,利用静态挂片失重法考察了两者在饱和CO_2油田水中的协同缓蚀作用。研究表明,当季铵盐浓度为60~80mg/L,腐蚀时间为32~48 h,温度为50℃时,月桂酸咪唑啉季铵盐与多胺缩聚物有机膦酸(PAMMP)的协同缓蚀作用为最佳,且与乙二胺四甲叉膦酸(EDTMP)的协同缓蚀作用最稳定。The homemade lauric acid imidazoline quaternary ammonium salt corrosion inhibitor was compounded with organophosphonic acid as compound agent, and the synergistic corrodion inhibition effect of complex inhibitor in CO_2 saturated oilfield water was studied by using static weight-loss test method. The research shows that when the quaternary ammonium salt concentration is 60 ~ 80 mg / L, corrosion time is 32 ~ 48 h, and temperature is 50 ℃, the synergistic corrodion inhibition effect of lauric acid imidazoline quaternary ammonium salt and polyamine polymerorganophosphonic acid(PAMMP) is the best, and the synergism of quaternary ammonium salt with ethylenediamine tetramethylene phosphonic acid( EDTMP) had a stable corrosion inhibition efficiency.
