Literature Review On The Study Of The Participants' Loyalty

摘  要:继《关于改进工作作风、密切联系群众的八项规定》的出台,国内会议业迈入漫漫寒冬。加之会议服务的同质化现象越来越普遍,如何在激烈的竞争面前留住有限的会议客源成为会议业热门话题之一。文章以SSCI来源期刊和独秀等重要数据库2000年—2015年15年内发表的文献作为研究对象,共筛选出41篇具有代表性的中外文献。运用文献研究法从参会者忠诚驱动因素、测量指标、提升策略方面对研究动态进行了梳理,希望能对相关学者的进一步研究有所启示和帮助。Following the promulgated of "on improving the work style, close ties with the masses of the eight provisions enacted",domestic conference industry into the long winter. In addition,the homogenization phenomenon of conference service is becoming more and more common,How to retain limited conference tourists in the face of fierce competition has become one of the hot topics in the meeting industry. This paper takes the articles published during the 15 years from 2000 to 2015, which were included in SSCI and Duxiu as the object of review,A total of 41 representative Chinese and foreign literatures were selected. Using Documentary Research Method,this chapter extends the survey from three angles:the driving factors of loyalty participants?the measurement indexes and promotion strategy,which hopefully brings inspiration and help for the relevant scholars' further research.
