摘 要:针对中小型转炉不宜增设副枪、难以对钢水成分(质量分数)和温度进行连续检测、难以建立动态模型的实际情况,为此将传统增量模型应用于转炉冶炼过程,对钢水终点进行控制。通过增量模型指导加料,并借助新的加料方案,大大提高了冶炼效果,终点一倒命中率提高了5.7%,余锰收到率提高了6.52%,喷溅率降低了1.24%。In accordance with the real situation that the sublance should not be added on middle and small converter,and it was difficult to continuously measure the molten steel component(mass fraction)and temperature and establish the dynamic models,the incremental model was applied in converter steelmaking process to control the end point of molten steel.The molten effect was greatly improved using incremental model and new charging scheme,it was shown that the hit-rate for primary discharging and residual manganese yield were increased by 5.7% and 6.52%in the end-point hot metal of converter,respectively,and the splashing ratio was reduced by 1.24%.
