摘  要:以某600MW机组为例,在考虑内置低压加热器和小汽轮机排汽等附加流体情况下,采用FLUENT软件对凝汽器喉部流场进行数值模拟,提出了在7号、8号低压加热器顶部加装挡板的方法。计算结果表明:凝汽器喉部出口蒸汽流动均匀性系数最高提高了4.1%,平均汽阻减小了9.4Pa,改善了凝汽器内的流场分布,提高了凝汽器换热效果。Considering low pressure heater and additional fluid such as inner small turbine exhaust steam in a 600 MW unit, the internal flow field of condenser throat is investigated by using the FLUENT software, and a method of installing baffles on the top of low pressure heater No. 7 and 8 is proposed to improve the internal flow field. The calculation results shows that: after the installation of baffles, the steam flow uniformity coefficient of condenser throat outlet increased by 4.1%, the average steam resistance reduced 9.4Pa, then the flow field distribution of the condenser becomes better, and the heat transfer effect of the condenser is improved.
