摘  要:随着可再生能源发电并网,对大型火电机组负荷率降低,机组经济性降低。以某600MW机组为研究对象,定量分析了增加一级回热抽汽对低负荷下汽轮发电机组热耗率的影响。研究表明,无论新增加热器抽汽位于现有压力最高加热器抽汽点前的高压缸哪一级,汽轮发电机组的热耗率均降低;汽轮发电机组低负荷运行时,在不同位置加一级抽汽对汽轮发电机组热耗率影响程度不同,综合考虑,汽轮发电机组在100%~50%负荷运行时,新增回热抽汽应位于高压缸第2压力级级前,此时汽轮发电机组经济性最高。此项研究可为汽轮发电机组低负荷下提高运行经济性提供理论指导。Large thermal power unit load rate was influenced greatly with the grid - connected of renewable energy, and the unit economy was reduced. Influence of adding a stage of regenerative extraction steam on unit heat consumption rate under low load was analyzed quantitatively by a 600 MW unit which was the object of study. The studies showed that no matter which stage the new heater extraction added at before the extraction point of heater with the highest pressure, the heat consumption rate was reduced ; the heat consumption rate of turbine-generator unit was influenced differently on the different places the new extraction adder at, considering synthetically, the economy of turbine-generator unit was the best when the extraction was added before the 2nd pressure-stage of high pressure cylinder of turbine under the load from 100% to 50%. This study could provide guidance for improvement of operational economy when turbine-generator unit was under low load.
