摘  要:通过建立全尺寸机组高中压内、外缸及转子的三维模型,对汽缸、转子进行了耦合温度场进行研究,传热过程着重考虑汽缸内部的辐射换热,重点关注轴瓦温度的变化规律和影响因素,通过实测数据构建上述模型的外边界条件,最后获得了闷缸及断油过程中轴瓦温度变化规律,这一研究结果可为汽轮机组闷缸过程提供依据,为发电机组快速检修提供技术支持。Due to the cylinder holding is a complex heat transfer process and lacking quantitative analysis, any operation must depend on project experience and real time temperature monitoring to protect the steam turbine. In this paper, a three- dimensional stream turbine was established to study the cylinder and shaft coupling temperature field. The radiation process was mainly considered in the heat transfer simulation, and the measured temperature data was adopted to calculate the surface convection coefficient. It was obtained that the temperature variation law of bearing in cylinder holding and shut-off coolant oil, which provided technology support for the process of cylinder holding of the steam turbine, furthermore offering technical supports on the quick maintenance of generating units.
