等离子喷涂铝硅-聚苯酯涂层工艺及性能研究

摘  要:采用大气等离子喷涂(APS)的方法制备铝硅聚苯酯封严涂层。通过正交试验,以结合强度为判据,优化了铝硅聚苯酯涂层等离子喷涂工艺参数,研究了涂层的结合强度、硬度、孔隙率等性能。结果确定优化的工艺参数为:电弧电流500A、主气流量75 L/min、辅气流量7 L/min、喷涂距离120mm。在优化的喷涂工艺参数下获得的涂层结合强度达到6.5MPa,孔隙率为8.3%,硬度在52-55 HR15Y,具有良好的抗老化性能,为实际生产提供了依据。The seal coating of A1Si-ployester were prepared by air plasma spraying and the process was optimized by orthogonal test taking bonding strength as criterion. The properties such as bonding strength, hardness and porosity were investigated. The optimized process parameters were: current 500A, primary gas flow rate 75 L/min, secondary gas flow rate 7 L/min and spray distance 120ram. The bonding strength is 6.5MPa, the porosity is 8.3% , the hardness is 52 -55 HR15Y and the Anti-aging performance is good with the optimized process parameters. The result can be a basis for practical production.
