美日农业合作组织的发展对中国的启示

摘　　要：美日农业合作组织的发展主要表现为高附加值的经营方式、以惠顾利益为主的分配制度、以惠顾社员为主的筹资方式、低成本运营、农民参与度高、业务综合性强等特点,它们的发展依靠市场经济的力量、完善的组织机制、多样化的融资渠道以及政府的支持和引导。美日农业合作组织发展的成功经验对我国农业合作组织在政府作用、组织形式、融资渠道和利益分配机制等方面具有很好的启示和借鉴意义。The development of agricultural cooperative organizations in United States and Japan has many characteristics, such as the high added value-based mode of operation, the distribution mechanism with customers＇ interest first, the ways of financing that mem- bers are favored mainly, low-cost operation, high participation of farmers, and strong comprehensive business, etc. The development depends on the force of market economy, the perfected organization mechanism, the diversified financing channels and the support and guidance by the government. Their successful experiences have great enlightenments and references to our country＇s agricultural cooper- ation organizations in government function, organization forms, financing channels and benefit distribution mechanism.
