摘 要:对井筒积液情况的准确判断是气井开展排水采气作业的重要前提,目前的积液诊断方法主要通过气井临界携液流量理论进行定性判断,利用井口油套压差进行积液量的估算,计算精度低,现场实测方法实施费用高且难以掌握积液量的动态变化。通过对气井生产过程中井筒压力分析,建立了一种新的积液量计算方法,可通过气井油套压、产气量等生产数据计算任意时间点的井筒积液量,为气井排水采气措施的选择及工艺参数的优化提供依据。To discriminate wellbore liquid accumulation is an important prerequisite for gas wells to implement a drainage gas recovery. At present, the main method is to use a theory of critical liquid-loading velocity. In this method, the liquid-loading volume is calculated by means of tubing-casing pressure difference. But, this calculation method has some disadvantages of low accuracy, high cost, and difficultly making the dynamic variation of volume very clear. So, a new method to calculate this volume has been developed through wellbore pressure. In this new method, the volume at a certain time can be calculated by tubing-casing pressure and gas production. The new one can provide evidence for selecting measures of drainage gas recovery and optimizing technological parameters.
