摘　　要：为实现气田开发工程造价的有效管控,在调研分析了川渝气田开发工程造价管理历史与现状的基础上,构建了基于市场化的气田工程造价精细化管控模式。对模式的基本框架和具体内容进行了详细的阐述分析,提出通过建立和完善适应市场化发展的工程造价管理组织体系、持续完善公平开放的市场准入和竞争机制、推进管控手段和工具方法集成创新、以大型气田开发为依托推广应用工程造价精细化管控模式4大途径,以推进气田工程造价的精细化管控。to ensure the effective management and control of gas field development engineering cost, the paper establishes a fine market-oriented management and control pattern for gas field engineering cost based on the research and analysis on historical and current management of cost of gas field development engineering in Sichuan and Chongqing. After describing and analyzing the basic framework and specific contents of the pattern in details, the paper puts forward to establish and perfect an engineering cost management system suitable for market development, continuously improve the fair and open market access and competitive mechanism, promote the integrated innovation of management and control means and methods and popularize and apply the fine engineering cost management and control pattern depending on large gas filed development, so that the fine management and control of gas field development engineering cost can be smoothly promoted.
