摘　　要：新钢1号转炉因新上转炉出钢滑板挡渣项目,需要增加5路管道到转炉出钢口处,为此将现有非传动侧旋转接头采用分段式壳体,将冷却水进水管改为由旋转接头中心通过炉腹风管进水的方式,在气、水隔断部位增加了一道紧急密封装置并设置了漏水引流螺纹孔,解决了水管无法敷设的问题,杜绝了因耳轴水管漏水而引发的生产事故,保障了安全生产。5 pipelines should be added to the converter tapping hole due to the new project for taphole slide slag stopping of No. 1 converter in Xinyu Steel. Therefor, sectional type shell should be used for the existing non - drive side rotary joint, the cooling water inlet pipe is changed to the way of rotary joint center and go through bosh wind inlet, in the a emergency sealing device and leak- age drainage threads hole are added at the cut off parts of gas and water, solve the problem which water pipe cant be laid, to prevent the accidents oecurre as a result of the trunnion leaking pipes, guarantees the safety in production.
