摘　　要：针对管式结晶器使用过程中漏水以及影响铸坯质量的问题,对其构造、使用状况以及装配过程进行分析,找出了漏水以及影响铸坯质量的因素并采取了有效措施,对同类型结晶器设计制造维修具有一定的借鉴意义。Aiming at the problem of tube type mould leakage and its impact on the billet quality in the process of using, the factors for leakage and its impact of billet quality are found out through the analysis on structure, usage and assembly process, and ef- fective measures are carried out. And it has certain reference significance on the design, manufacturing and maintenance of same type mould device.
