摘  要:曼谷最大型1700~1800 TEU级集装箱船是近年亚洲区域内支线运输的热点船型。由上海船舶研究设计院(SDARI)开发的曼谷最大型1700 TEU具有能耗低、载重能力强、冷藏箱装载数量多、船员舒适性佳等诸多亮点,获得了多家国外船东的批量订单。归纳了支线型集装箱船设计的最新趋势,阐述了该船型开发中水动力性能优化、轻量化设计及重箱数优化、货舱通风研究、减振降噪研究等主要关键技术,与中国台湾和韩国同类型先进设计进行了主要性能指标的对比,并介绍了该级别船型优化升级的最新进展。Bangkok-Max 1 700-1 800 TEU class container ship is a prevailing feeder type for intra-Asia regional transportation. SDARI Bangkok-Max 1 700 TEU design boasts diversified highlights including competitive fuel consumption, superior load ability, high reefer container intake, excellent crew habitability etc. and has acquired quite a few orders from several foreign ship owners. In this paper, the latest trend of feeder container ship design was summarized. The key technology issues in research and development were elaborated, among which was hydrodynamics optimization ,lightweight and homogeneous intake optimization ,cargo hold ventilation solution and vibration and noise reduction research. The major performance indexes were compared with the top competitors from China Taiwan and Korea. The progress of further upgrading and optimization of such feeder type was also introduced.
