亚精胺对崇明水仙生长发育的影响

摘　　要：崇明水仙种球退化和病毒积累等因素阻碍了其良好的生长与发育,本文用不同浓度(0、0.25、0.5、0.75、1.0mmol/L)的亚精胺溶液对水培崇明水仙进行叶面喷施,以研究亚精胺对崇明水仙生长发育的影响。结果表明,亚精胺可以增加崇明水仙的叶片厚度,提前花期,促进盛花期的到来;对分株数、叶片数、株高和叶宽等生长性状,花葶数、花朵数和花葶高度等开花性状,以及对叶绿素、可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖和淀粉含量等生理指标无显著影响,但是对花梗强度有一定的降低作用。5组处理中,以0.5mmol/L浓度的亚精胺溶液喷施综合效果最佳,并最早进入现蕾期,初花期和盛花期均较CK提前了7d。Five different concentrations（0, 0. 25,0. 5,0. 75 and 1. 0 mmol/L） of aqueous sotuuon were sprayed on leaves to study the effects of spermidine（Spd）on the growth and development of hydroponically cultivated Chongming narcissus （Narcissus tazetta vat. chinensis）. The results showed that the leaf thickness was increased, as well as the florescence was brought forward, but had no significant influence on ramet number, leaf number, plant height, leaf width, stalk number, flower number, stalk height, the contents of chlorophyll, soluble protein, soluble sugar and starch in leaf. The results also showed that the stalk strength was slightly decreased after Spd treatment. The best effect was observed when treated with 0.5 mmol/L Spd, Meanwhile, the earliest budding time was present under this treatment and its first bloom time and full bloom time were 7 days earlier than the control group.
