摘  要:目的明确某铅蓄电池企业职业病危害因素并对其进行分析评价,提出合理可行的防护对策,保护劳动者健康。方法采用职业卫生《建设项目职业病危害评价规范》进行职业卫生现场调查、职业卫生现场采样并检测,应用检查表分析等方法对某新型密封铅蓄电池项目进行评价。结果该项目存在的主要职业病危害因素有铅烟、铅尘、噪声、高温、硫酸等,其中,铅烟(铅尘)合格率为77.8%,噪声合格率为91.3%,高温、硫酸全部合格。总体布局、设备布局、职业病防护设施、应急救援、个人防护用品、建筑卫生学、卫生辅助用室、职业卫生管理、职业健康监护均基本符合GBZ 1-2 01 0《工业企业设计卫生标准》中的技术规范、基本符合相关标准的要求。结论该项目属于"职业病危害严重"建设项目,在落实本报告的整改性建议后,该铅蓄电池项目具有职业病危害控制的可行性。Objective To define and analyze the occupational disease hazards of a new sealed lead storage battery project and to evaluate the control effect, and put forward reasonable and feasible protective measures to protect the health of workers. Methods According to "occupational disease hazard evaluation standard for the construction project", the occupational health field investigation, occupational health sample collection and testing, inspection table analysis and other methods were used to evaluate the construction project. Results The main occupational hazard factors include the project lead fume, lead dust, noise, high temperature and sulfuric acid. Among them, the lead fume and lead dust qualified rate was 77.8%. The qualified rate of noise was 91.3%. high temperature and sulfuric acid were qualified. Overall layout, equipment layout, occupational protective equipment, emergency rescue, personal protective equipment, building hygiene and health auxiliary room, occupational health management and occupational health care were basically consistent with requirements of the "health standard of industrial enterprises (GBZ 1-2010)". Conclusion The project belongs to serious occupational hazards. It's feasible to take appropriate measures to control occupational hazards after practicing the correction suggestion in this article.
