摘 要:目的探讨不伴位移性鼻骨骨折的影像学诊治要点,以减少漏诊、误诊。方法采用1 6排螺旋C T机进行鼻骨扫描,容积再现法、多层面重组技术进行三维重建。对临床及影像学资料进行回顾性分析。结果初诊时,患者不明显轻微头部摆动,C T及三维重建图片均显示左侧鼻骨的骨质连续性中断,误诊为鼻骨骨折。复诊订正诊断。结论鼻骨骨缝、鼻骨孔等解剖学结构及伪影与不伴位移性鼻骨骨折的影像学表现相同,容易混淆其诊断,全面综合分析可减少不伴位移性鼻骨骨折漏诊、误诊。Objective To explore the imaging diagnosis of nasal bone fracture for less misdiagnosis or missed diagnosis. Methods The imaging and clinical data was analyzed. The patients were performed by 16- muhislice spiral CT, volume rendering technique and multiple planer 3D reconstruction for scanning nasal bone. Results At the newly diagnosed, left nasal bone continuity interruption showed on the CT and 3D reconstruction direct signs because of the slight head shaking. The patient was misdiagnosed with nasal bone fracture and corrected diagnosis on the second review. Conclusion It was easily mixed that CT finding of nasal bone fracture and its anatomy of Nasal bone such as joints and foramen of nasal bone and motion arti- facts. General analysis could help reduced mistakes in diagnosing nasal bone fracture.
