摘 要:目的探究预防并控制血站感染的管理对策。方法选取2014年1月-2015年1月在云浮市中心血站未加强感染管理前的献血人员40例,作为对照组,选取2015年2月后加强感染管理的献血人员41例,作为观察组。观察并比较两组血站感染控制情况以及采血人员手消毒、献血人员皮肤消毒情况。结果观察组的环境物体表面感染控制率(97.56%)、操作室空气感染控制率(95.12%)、灭菌器械感染控制率(100.00%)、贮血设备感染控制率(97.56%)以及采血人员手消毒合格率(97.56%)、献血人员皮肤消毒合格率(100.00%)均高于对照组的环境物体表面感染控制率(82.50%)、操作室空气感染控制率(80.00%)、灭菌器械感染控制率(85.00%)、贮血设备感染控制率(97.56%)以及采血人员手消毒合格率(85.00%)、献血人员皮肤消毒合格率(90.00%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加强血站感染管理能够有效控制感染的发生,保证采血与献血人员的安全。Objective To explore the management strategy for the prevention and control of infection in blood bank center. Methods 40 blood donors were selected from Yunfu city blood center between January 2014 and January 2015, during which infection management was not enhanced as control group. Another 41 blood donors selected after enhance the infection management from February 2015 were involved in this study as a observation group. Infection control, blood staff's hand disinfection and blood donor's skin disin- fection in two groups were observed and compared. Results Environmental substance surface infection con- trol rate was 97.56%, operating room air infection control rate was 95.12% , sterilization equipment infection control rate ( 100.00% ) , blood storage device infection control rate 97.56% and blood hand disinfection rate (97.56%) in the observation group were significantly higher than that in the control group (82.50% , 80.00% , 85.00% , 97.56% , 85.00%, 90.00% )(P〈0.05). Conclusion Strengthening infection manage- ment in blood in blood bank center can effectively control the infection and ensure the safety of blood staff and blood donors.
