摘  要:酶解木质素是未经高温、高压等严酷工艺过程的新型木质素产品,它较好的保留了木质素化学活性。本文采用曼尼希反应原理制备焦磷酸蜜胺盐改性酶解木质素,并通过正交试验确定制备该膨胀型阻燃剂的最佳反应条件。根据平均产率表明,产物的最佳反应条件为:酶解木质素20 g,反应温度90℃,反应时间(2+2)h,碱浓度2%。将制得的产物和微胶囊化红磷以及无机协效剂复配后添加到LLDPE/EVA中,测试产物阻燃性能。研究结果表明:当阻燃剂含量达45%时,阻燃等级可达V-0级。与LLDPE/EVA白样对比,阻燃试样的力学性能和加工流动性明显下降。与未添加无机协效剂阻燃试样相比,添加了无机协效剂的试样加工流动性进一步降低,但燃烧后炭层更为均匀致密。Glycolysis lignin is a new lignin product who can keep its fine chemical activity because it is unnecessary to subject to severe process under high temperature and high pressure. In this paper, melamine pyrophosphate salt-modified glycolysis lignin was prepared by the Mannich reaction principle, and the optimum reaction conditions were determined by orthogonal test. According to average yield, the optimum conditions should be: glycolysis lignin 20 g, reaction temperature 90 ℃, reaction time (2+2) h and alkali concentration 2%. The ending product mixing with microencapsulated red phosphorus and inorganic synergist were added into the LLDPE/EVA, and its flame retardant properties and mechanical properties were investigated.The experimental results show that the flame retardant rating is able to reach V-0 level when the content of flame retardant is 45%. Moreover, the mechanical properties and flowing ability of the sample containing flame retardant were decreased apparently when compared with pure LLDPE/ EVA sample. In addition, the flowing ability of the sample with no inorganic synergist kept going down, but the burning carbon layer was more uniform and compact as well.
