金融支持柳州工业转型升级研究——基于VAR模型的实证分析

摘　　要：本文在国内外相关研究成果的基础上,系统分析金融支持工业转型升级的作用机制、主要措施和制约因素.采用柳州市1994～2013年的金融和工业数据,建立VAR模型进行了实证分析,结果显示,金融支持对工业转型升级具有显著的正向推动作用,但受柳州市金融业总体实力不强、信贷结构不够合理、金融产品和服务创新不足、融资渠道简单等因素的影响,金融对柳州工业转型升级的推动作用有待进一步提升.因此,应大力发展金融业,逐步完善金融体系,促进柳州工业快速转型升级.Based on domestic and foreign related researches, this paper systematically analyzes the mechanisms, the major measures and the constraints of financial support for industrial transformation and upgrading. Using the finan- cial and industrial data of Liuzhou from 1994 to 2013, we establish a VAR model for empirical analysis. The result shows that the financial support plays a significant positive role on promoting industrial transformation and upgrading. However, as the overall strength of financial industry is not strong, the credit structure is unreasonable, the innovation of financial products and services is not enough, and the financing channel is single, the promoting effect of the finan- cial support for industrial transformation and upgrading in Liuzhou is weak. Therefore, we should vigorously develop the financial industry, and gradually improve the financial system to promote the industrial transformation and upgrad- ing in Liuzhou.
