摘　　要：中央银行开展企业内部评级是以信贷资产质押方式发放再贷款的重要环节,是维护我国央行资金安全的重要保障。本文运用SWOT方法深入分析新常态下我国中央银行开展企业内部评级具备的优势、存在的劣势以及面临的机遇和挑战,并在此基础上探索提出SOT和SOW两类加快推进我国中央银行企业内部评级工作的策略。The enterprise internal rating is an important link on Chinese central bank offering the reloan in the way of the pledge of credit assets, and also the important guarantee for fund safety of Chinese central bank. This paper uses the SWOT method to analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the enterprise internal rating of Chinese central bank under the New Normal, and provides two strategies SOT and SOW for accelerating the busi- ness of the enterprise internal rating of Chinese central bank.
