老年带状疱疹后神经痛与白介素和TNF-α水平的相关研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨老年带状疱疹后神经痛(Post Herpetic Neuralgia,PHN)患者血清白介素-2(interleukin-2,IL-2)、白介素-6(interleukin-6,IL-6)、白介素-8(interleukin-8,IL-8)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)的水平与PHN发病的相关研究。方法:采用ELISA方法检测30例健康对照者及30例PHN患者血清中IL-2、IL-6、IL-8及TNF-α的水平。结果:老年PHN患者血清中IL-2的表达水平显著低于健康对照组(P<0.05);IL-6、IL-8及TNF-α的水平显著高于健康对照组(P<0.05)。结论:老年PHN患者血清中IL-2水平显著降低,IL-6、IL-8和TNF-a水平显著升高,提示机体免疫功能紊乱,血清IL-2、IL-6、IL-8和TNF-a的水平在PHN的疾病进展中具有重要作用,可为老年PHN的临床治疗提供实验依据。Objective： To evaluate the relationship of serum IL-2, IL-6, IL-8 and TNF- α with Post Herpetic Neuralgia （PHN） in senior patients. Methods： Thirty patients and 30 normal controls were involved in the study. Serum IL-2, IL-6, IL-8 and TNF- α were detected by ELISA. The levels of IL-2, IL-6, IL-8 and TNF-α were measured. Results： Level of IL-2 was significantly lower in patients compared with that in control （P 〈 0.05）. Levels of IL-6, IL-8 and TNF- α were significantly higher in patients than that in healthy control （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： The decreased serum level of IL-2 and increased serum levels of IL-6, IL-8 and TNF- α may be associated with the development of PHN.
