补肾解郁活血通络法治疗类风湿关节炎伴发抑郁症

摘　　要：类风湿关节炎是一种慢性难治性全身免疫系统疾病,其病势缠绵,致残率高,日久易导致抑郁症的发生,故而类风湿关节炎伴发抑郁症在临床上发病率较高。现代医学对类风湿关节炎的治疗副作用较大,患者依从性差,而中医以其副作用小,疗效确切受到关注。寻求针对类风湿关节炎的病因病机及中医辨证治疗是研究的重点。类风湿关节炎病与肾相关,肾精亏虚、络脉瘀阻是类风湿关节炎发生的重要病因,补肾解郁、活血通络是类风湿关节炎的重要治则。Rheumatoid arthritis is a chronic and refractory systemic diseases of the immune system,because of the lingering illness,disability rate is high,falling easily lead to depression,therefore rheumatoid arthritis with depression comorbid in clinical disease incidence rate is high. Because of modern medicine,the treatment of the disease is relatively large,the patient compliance is poor,and the Chinese medicine with its side effect is small,the effect is to be paid close attention to. To seek for the disease pathogenesis and TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment is the focus of research. The disease is associated with kidney,kidney essence deficiency,collateral obstruction is an important cause of the disease,kidney nourishing and promoting blood circulation and dredging collaterals method is an important rule of the disease. The clinical effect of the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis with depression with the method of kidney nourishing and promoting blood circulation and dredging collaterals is very good.
