中药治疗病毒性角膜炎组方用药规律分析

摘　　要：目的研究现代临床中药治疗病毒性角膜炎的组方用药规律。方法检索近30年CBM、CNKI、VIP、Wanfang data国内中文数据库中中药治疗病毒性角膜炎的相关临床文献,筛选符合纳入标准的处方,运用中医传承辅助系统进行药物频次及关联规则分析,提取高频药物及高关联度的药物组合。结果纳入的361首方剂中共涉及191种药物,提取常用药物有56种,常用核心药物组合20个(支持度15%,置信度0.75)及4个核心药物。结论揭示核心药物为黄芩、柴胡、甘草、栀子,主要治法为清热解毒,疏风明目。Objective To explore the modern clinical traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of viral keratitis prescription rule for the purpose. Methods retrieve clinical literature on treating of viral keratitis traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions from domestic Chinese databases,such as CBM,CNKI,VIP,Wangfang data. In accordance with the inclusion criteria of prescription screening,extract high frequency application drugs and high association drug combination based on frequency distribution and association rules in TCM Inheritance Auxiliary System. Results Inclusion of the 361 prescriptions involving 191 kinds of drugs,extracting 56 kinds of commonly used drug,20 commonly used drugs in combination（support 15%,confidence level 0. 75）. Conclusion To reveal the core drugs for scutellaria baicalensis,radix bupleuri,liquorice,cape jasmine. The main treatment methods are heat- clearing and detoxifying,expelling wind and improving eyesight.
