摘　　要：目的对吉林省境内中成药使用情况进行探讨,尤其是注射类中成药的使用是否合理,以及不良反应的发生情况。方法采用实地走访,具体案例收集等手段,获得吉林省中成药使用的第一手材料。结果中成药在临床被大量使用,尤其是西医院的使用率有逐年上升的趋势。结论在中成药大量使用的情况下,如何更加合理地使用,尤其是中西药的联用、合理辨证使用亟待加强。Objective To discuss the use of the Chinese traditional patent medicine（CTPM） in Jilin Province,especially to analyze the rationality and the adverse reactions of the injection type ones. Methods The first-hand information about the use of CTPM in Jilin Province will be obtained by means of on-the-spot investigation and specific case collection. Results CTPM has been more widely used in clinical. The utilization rate is especially increasing year by year in the western medical hospital. Conclusion Pay more attention to the rational use of CTPM and the reasonable combination with western medicine in the case of the extensive use of CTPM.
