摘  要:目的观察叶氏正骨十步手法联合射频热凝靶点治疗退行性腰椎管狭窄症的临床疗效。方法将70例患者分为治疗组35例和对照组35例,治疗组采用叶氏正骨十步手法联合射频热凝靶点治疗方法,对照组采用叶氏正骨十步手法治疗。治疗30 d后进行数据统计。结果治疗组与对照组治疗后症状体征综合评分、脊髓功能评分分别为(5.50±1.42),(7.68±1.36);(7.95±1.89),(6.34±1.36);2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率88.57%,对照组总有效率71.43%,两者疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论叶氏正骨十步手法联合射频热凝靶点治疗退行性腰椎管狭窄症能更好地改变神经传导,减轻盘性压迫,达到解除疼痛优于单纯正骨疗法。Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of bone setting manipulation combined with step ten Yeats radiofrequency target for the treatment of degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis. Methods The 70 cases were divided into treatment group 35 cases and control group(35 cases),treatment group by Ye bonesetting ten step technique combined with radiofrequency thermocoagulation target treatment,control group using Jaeger bonesetting ten step manipulation in the treatment of. Data statistics were performed after 30 days of treatment. Results In the treatment group and the control group,the scores of symptom and sign,the function of spinal cord were(5. 50 ± 1. 42),(7. 68± 1. 36),(7. 95 ± 1. 89),(1. 36 ± 6. 34),respectively. There were significant difference(P 0. 05). The total efficiency 88. 57% of the efficacy of the treatment group and control group curative effect total efficiency was 71. 43%,the effect of the two have significant difference(P 0. 05). Conclusion Ye bonesetting ten step technique combined with radiofrequency thermocoagulation target for the treatment of degenerative lumbar tube stenosis can better change nerve conduction and reduce disk compression,so as to relieve pain better than single bonesetting therapy.
