摘　　要：国家潮流能试验场是潮流能开发利用技术领域的海上公共试验与服务平台。目前国内尚没有海上试验场的建设经验,系统的选址决策标准仍处于空白阶段。本文在对与试验场建设相关的影响因素进行分析与归纳总结的基础上,提出了国家潮流能试验场选址决策的指标体系和分析方法。通过选址方法的研究,对丰富完善国家海洋能试验场标准体系、加快推进国家海洋能试验场建设具有重要意义。National Tidal Test Site （NTTS） is a public service platform for high-tech research and development of ocean power generation. The construction of test site is still in a fledging period and systemic location decision standard is still rare. A systemic index system and analysis method of NTTS location decision were established in this paper by summarizing and analyzing the influence factors in test site construction. The study of location method should be a positive reference and practice for the construction of National Ocean Energy Test Site and the enrichment of its standard system framework.
