摘　　要：城市文化软实力对城市的可持续发展和社会认同具有重要影响。本文从城市文化软实力内涵出发,建立了一套测评城市文化软实力的多指标综合性评价体系,通过对我国多个主要城市文化软实力进行测度和比较分析,得出结论认为建立完善的城市发展评价体系并纳入官员政绩考评、改善公共服务、坚持创新驱动和因地制宜的文化产业发展策略是提升城市文化软实力的主要途径。Urban cultural soft power has an important impact on urban sustainable development and social identity of the city. Based on the connotation of urban cultural soft power, this paper establish a multi-index comprehensive evaluation system to Evaluate city’s cultural soft power. By measuring and comparatively analyzing our major cities’ cultural soft power, we concluded that the main ways to promote the urban cultural soft power is to establish a sound evaluation system for urban development with the officials’ performance measurement, to improve public service, to insist on the innovation-driven development strategies of culture industry in line with local conditions.
