摘　　要：以2012-2014年我国电力行业上市公司的数据为样本,采用主成份分析法对用于评价公司绩效的多指标进行计算分析,得出综合绩效指标。先对股权结构与公司绩效关系作出一定的基本假设,以此为基础,分析股权构成和股权集中度与公司绩效的关系。This paper takes the financial data of listed companies in electricity industry of china in 2012-2014 as the example and uses multiple index to evaluate the performance with principal-component analysis. Then the paper reflects the influence of centralization rate of shares and proportion of shares on the outstanding achievements of list companies.
