海南省农村基础设施建设与农民纯收入的灰色关联分析

摘　　要：本文选取7项海南省农村基础设施建设指标,运用灰色关联理论对其与农民纯收入之间的关联程度进行分析,结果从高到低依次是:农村居民家庭移动电话年末拥有量、农村公路里程、农业机械总动力、农林牧副渔贷款余额、农村人均受教育年限、农田有效灌溉面积、农村卫生机构。由此建议:当前海南省政府应重视扩大信息交流与加强信息宣传的基础设施建设、加快完善交通网络建设以及提高农业机械投入,以便更加高效的提高海南省农民收入。This paper selects 7 indicators of rural infrastructure construction in Hainan Province,Using grey relation theory to analyze the relationship between rural infrastructure construction and peasants’ net income.The results from high to low in turn are： the ownership of mobile phone in rural families,the highway mileage of per person,the total power of agricultural machinery,the loan balance of agriculture, the number of education years per person received in rural areas, the effective irrigation areas of farmland’s and the number of rural health institutes. Thus： Hainan provincial government should pay more attention to expand the information exchange and strengthen the information publicity infrastructure, accelerate the improvement of the construction of transportation network and improve agricultural machinery investment, so as to increase the income of farmers in Hainan province more efficiently.
