糖盐胶囊纠正膝关节置换术后低钠血症的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨糖盐胶囊纠正非糖尿病患者膝关节置换术后并发低钠血症的临床疗效。方法选取非糖尿病性膝关节置换术后发生低钠血症患者60例,随机分为观察组和对照组各30例,对照组给予盐胶囊口服,观察组给予糖盐胶囊口服。结果 2组治疗后血钠浓度均逐渐回升至术前水平,观察组血钠浓度提高早于对照组,组间、时点间、组间·时点间交互作用差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组恶心呕吐发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05),腹胀发生率与对照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论糖盐胶囊纠正非糖尿病患者膝关节置换术后并发低钠血症的疗效较盐胶囊效果好且不良反应少。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of the capsule of sugar-salt capsules on the correction of hyponatremia after the knee joint replacement in patients with non-diabetes.Methods Sixty non-diabetic cases with hyponatremia after knee arthroplasty were divide randomly into two groups：observation group（30cases）and control group（30cases）.The patients in control group were given salt capsules orally and the patients in observation group were given sugar-salt capsules orally.Results The blood sodium concentration in the 2groups were gradually recovered to the preoperative level.The blood sodium concentration in the observation group was increased earlier than that in the control group.There were significant differences in the interaction between group and time between groups（P〈0.05）.The incidence of nausea and vomiting in observation group was lower than that in control group.The difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.There was no significant difference in the incidence of abdominal distension between the control group and the control group（P〈0.05）.ConclusionThe therapeutic effects of the sugar-salt capsules on correcting hyponatremia after knee arthroplasty for non-diabetics were obviously superior than that of the salt capsule,and were fewer side-effects than that of salt capsules.
