摘　　要：随着中国社会经济的快速发展,企业之间的竞争日益激烈。而在现代企业经营管理中,成本控制和财务管理是企业内部管理中的重要部分,具有关键作用。合理的成本控制和财务管理可以提升企业的经济效益,推动企业发展。鉴于此,对黄金矿山企业财务管理与成本控制存在的问题进行了探讨,并提出了相应的对策,以期为相关行业提供参考。Rapid social and economic development in China has driven fierce competition among enterprises. In the running and management of modem enterprises,cost control and financial management play a big part in their in- ternal management. Proper cost control and financial management could increase economic profits and motivate enter- prise development. Therefore, the paper discusses the problems existing in financial management and cost control in gold mining enterprises and puts forward countermeasures, hoping that it will provide reference for related fields.
