摘　　要：本文通过既有给水排水工程构筑物实际使用年限的调查和研究对象在承载能力极限状态、正常使用极限状态下的可靠指标计算,为《给水排水工程构筑物结构设计规范》(GB50069-2002)修订后规定构筑物的设计使用年限提供了依据。提出了设计构筑物顶板等构件时需提高永久作用分项系数的建议,并核算了设计使用年限提高到100年时造价的增加情况。Based on the survey of actual working life for the existing structure, reliability index under ultimate limit states and serviceability limit states was calculated, aiming to provide support for revising the design working life of the special structures after ＂Structural Design Code for Special Structures of Water Supply and Waste Water Engineering＂ （GB50069 -2002）. It gives advice of increasing partial factor about permanent load for designing the roof or other components and the increase cost of design working life up to 100 years was checked.
