摘　　要：水功能区划是水资源保护规划的基础,是合理开发利用和保护水资源、强化水资源目标管理的依据,对于促进社会经济的可持续发展具有现实的和深远的意义。根据拉萨市社会经济发展需求、水资源开发利用及水环境状况,对拉萨市境内主要河流的水功能区进行了初步划分。通过对拉萨市主要河流进行水功能区划,可以为拉萨市地表水管理、保护制定相关规划提供科学依据。Water function zoning is the foundation of water resources protection planning,it is the basis of rational development,utilization and protection of water resources,and strengthening water resources management,it has realistic and far-reaching significance to promote the sustainable development of economy and society.The water function zones of the main rivers in Lhasa city are preliminarily divided according to the social and economic development demand,the development and utilization of water resources and the status of water environment.Through the water function zoning of the main rivers,it can provide scientific basis for the management and protection of surface water in Lhasa city.
