摘 要:硬线和网络指令的冗余设计已经应用于地铁列车的车门控制。基于先到先执行的原则,门控器对"硬连线信号"和"网络信号"均能响应,以先接收到的信号为准控制车门的开闭。分析了冗余信号的时序,以及冗余指令冲突导致车门无法关闭的问题,提出了客室门系统冗余设计的优化方案,并将该方案应用于广州地铁车辆的调试。实践证明该方案能有效避免冗余指令冲突,大大提高列车门控系统的可靠性。The redunant design of hardwire and network command has been applied in passenger compartment door system. Based on the principle of "First arrives, first exe- cutes", the door controller can response to both hardwire signal and network command, keeping the door open or close in accordance with the first signal. In this paper, the time sequence of redundant signal and the problem of door faults caused by redundant command conflict are analysed, an optimum design is proposed, which has been applied in train debug of Guangzhou metro. The effectiveness of this design is verified, it can enhance the reliability of door sys- tem significantly.
