摘  要:针对多层透射式光纤氢气(H_2)传感器其特殊的多层结构造成了类似于F-P腔效应的周期性光谱特性变化尚未可知问题,构建了一种适用于多层透射式探头的原位H_2敏光谱观测系统,通过实验研究了在不同H_2浓度下这种多层膜结构的光谱特性,讨论了光源波长变化对传感器测量稳定性的影响规律,为进一步提高传感器性能奠定了实验基础。实验结果表明,光源波长变化对传感器测量的可靠性有显著影响,但是通过扫描波长的方式测量可以有效避免这类H_2传感器的波长漂移问题,达到较高的测量可靠性。The fast response rate and high sensitivity are the two main aim s of optical fiber hydrogen sensor constantly.In hydrogen environment,the characteristics of the spectrum remain to be known.In this paper,we have designed an in- situ hydrogen- sensitive spectral observation system which is suitable for multi-layer transmi ssion probe.The spectral characteristics of multi-layer film structure un der different concentrations of hydrogen were studied by experiment,and the influence on measurement sta bility of the sensor was discussed when the light wavelength changes,which lay the experimental basis for further i mproving the performance of the sensor.And the experimental results show that the change of l ight source wavelength has remarkable effect on the measurement for the sensor,but wavele ngth scanning can effectively avoid wavelength drift problem of the hydrogen sen sor,to achieve high measurement reliability.
