摘  要:在单模光纤(SMF)上拉出级联对称缓锥,形成马赫 -曾德尔干涉仪(MZI)结构,将其置入光纤环镜中, 理论和实验研究了它对滤波器特性的改善。环镜滤波器的透射谱由MZI和Sagnac干涉 结合的非相干叠加而成,调谐MZI能实现可调谐滤波。实验表明,滤波器在自由谱60nm(1425-1485nm)范围内可提高梳状滤波 器的滤波器特性,实现了可调谐滤波。本文结构输出波形稳定, 调制深度大于20dB,优化了光纤环镜滤波特性。In the single-mode fiber,the cascaded symmetric slow taper was pulled out and t he structure of Mach-Zehnder interferometer (MZI),which was put into the optical fiber loop mirror.The improvement of the filter characteristics of the new-kind MZI is stu died experimentally.The transmission spectrum of loop mirror filter is formed by the noncoherent su perposition of MZI and Sagnac interference,and the tunable filter ca n be realized by tuning the new type MZI.The experimental results show that the filter can improve the characteristics of the comb filter in the range of free spectrum within 60nm (1425- 1485nm),and the tunable filter can be realized.The output waveform of the structure is stable,the modulation depth is greater than 20dB,and the filterin g characteristics of the fiber loop mirror are optimized.
