摘 要:优选提取槲寄生中总生物碱的最佳提取工艺.以离子交换树脂法提取,采用正交试验,以槲寄生中总生物碱的收得量为考察指标,优化总生物碱的提取工艺.结果表明,最佳提取工艺为盐酸渗漉液质量分数为0.2%,渗漉液的用量是药材的15倍,离子交换树脂的用量是药材的0.5倍,氨水用量是150 m L/mg药材.该提取工艺可以有效地提取出槲寄生中的生物碱,提取工艺合理、高效、经济.To optimize the optimal extraction process with ion exchange resin for total alka- loids from Viscum coloratum (Kom.) Nakai. The ion exchange resin was used to extract. An orthogonal test was adopted in this paper. Four main factors were optimized, with the extraction efficiency of total alkaloids of Viscum coloratum as markers, and the L9 (3)4 orthogonal test table was used to arrange sequent experiments. Results indicated that the best extraction technology was as follows : 2% acid percolation fluids, 15 times amount of acid percolation fluids of medicinal materials, 0.5 times amount of ion exchange resin of medicinal mate- rials, 150 mL ammonium chlorides every 1 mg medicinal materials. The optimized extraction process can extract the alkaloids from Visum coloratum (Kom.)Nakai, and the extraction is reasonable, efficient and economic.
